REFOCUS LLC the organizer of the ‘In-Person’ Global Run-Off FORUMs and virtual Morning Coffees takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially. Only a pro-active and voluntary request for additional information or a registration for an event requires your name, company name, function, and e-mail address for the response, for registration and confirmation.

If you choose to register to one of our Run-Off FORUMs or Morning Coffees through our website, via e-mail or other communication media, your Name, Company, Function, and E-Mail Address will be stored within our Run-Off FORUM APP and / or Morning Coffee APP.
This is used for to prepare personal workshop material for you and send further information about the event such as confirmation of participation, timings, topics, location details, hotel, and parking information via email.
As a registered participant of a Run-Off FORUM, you can see Name, Company, Function and E-Mail Address of the other registered participants. Vice versa, registered participants can view your contact details to organize personal meetings via the FORUM APP. To protect your personal data, the Run-Off FORUM and Morning Coffee organizers do not publish and/or distribute a delegate’s list to third parties.
To provide future information about Run-Off FORUMs and Morning Coffees, your data will remain stored after the FORUM or Morning Coffee finishes on our internal computer system at REFOCUS LLC | Run-Off FORUM and Morning Coffees.
If you do not wish to receive any further Run-Off FORUM and/or Morning Coffee invitations or want your personal data to be corrected, changed, or entirely deleted from either our events app and/or our internal computer system, please contact the Controller (see section 8) directly via email for corresponding action.

This privacy policy may change from time to time in line with legislation or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes.
